Trip was made in Jan 2019. Very basic hotel. Used it for just night stay to move to Darjeeling. Not very clean. The wash rooms were very very basic with limited water flow. Furnishings were very old and mostly of plastic. No hangers found in room.

This hotel is located a little far from NJP Station. It will take about 5 minutes to reach the hotel from NJP Station by taking an Auto or Toto. However, the hotel rooms are clean and the hotel staff is very polite.

Bad service, Dirty rooms & rude sraff, price that they are charging is not justified. As per my experiemce rgere rates are more than double what yhey are charging plus they insist for cash pqynent if you want to pay online then they will show more difficuilties and issues.

Very homely hotel. Nice staff behavior, good food available, all kinds of services present whenever needed. Price range is very low as compared to the comfort offered by the hotel. Would love to visit again.

The cuisine was great. The staff behavior was good. The rooms were well lighted and cozy. The bathrooms were clean. Overall a great experience. The stay was much more fun and good than what had been expected. Superb!
